Starting out as a carpenter working in the construction industry, Lee gained an advanced NVQ Level 3 in carpentry and quickly progressed into a management position. Despite his position as managing director, Lee still takes on front line selling duties, exemplifying the company’s values to provide a professional service. His passion for offering the best possible experience sees him interacting with clients at all stages of the loft conversion process – from the initial appointment through to the completion stage.
Joanna plays a key role in providing clients with the highest level of service in her role. Responsible for the daily operations of the business, Joanna calls on her many years of experience within the industry to help make LMB one of the premier loft conversion companies in London.
With a background in office and event management, with many years in the building and construction industry, Jo is instrumental in the smooth and effective running of LMB’s Croydon office. Putting vital office processes into place ensures that the project team are able to fully dedicate their time to all construction and loft conversion projects – meaning that all of LMB’s work is done both to a high standard and to a set deadline.
With 35 years’ experience in the construction industry, working on both domestic and commercial projects, Kieran started out as a brick layer, going on to specialise in structural steel work. Kieran’s practical and hands on approach to ensuring projects are delivered on time and budget are key factors in our successful project delivery. As Senior Project Manager, Kieran manages the day to day running of projects and manages working relationships with our workforce and regular communication with clients, ensuring works are completed to a high standard and to customer satisfaction.
Robert joined LMB in 2015, and his principle role sees him looking after all of the final finishing of your loft conversion. From faulty light-switches, to making sure that all doors and windows fit perfectly, Robert will ensure that all of LMB’s loft conversions are handed to the customer in a perfect working condition – leaving you with a property that has more space AND increased value.
With a background predominatly in construction and a wealth of experience, Jacinta ensures accurate financial information is kept and maintained to meet the company’s internal and external audit requirements including CIS, VAT reconciliations. Liaising with other members of the team, in particular the Purchasing Department checking accurate invoicing from suppliers, building strong relationships with contractors and clients.
Dana is the initial point of contact for LMB’s clients, discussing options and explaining the entire process from design to completion. His in-depth knowledge and expertise is ideal for providing customers with a complete overview of the loft conversion process.
With over 40 years of industry experience, Lee is a well-respected senior draughtsman with an extremely credible reputation in the residential market. His vast knowledge and expertise ensures that all of LMB’s architectural planning is of the highest order.
Lee is a qualified chartered technology architect with almost three decades of experience in the field. His responsibilities include working alongside clients to agree on project drawing and structural calculations.
Tony’s 30+ years in the building industry, as both a chartered civil engineer and structural engineer, have seen him take the lead on the design, specification and construction of a wide range of projects – from small builds to large, multi-occupancy properties. He believes in effective and detailed coordination between architect, building services engineer and structural engineer as the best way to ensure a client’s spatial requirements are achieved in the most economic and practical manner. Tony’s responsibilities also include principal designer, party wall surveyor and expert witness services.
With a wealth of knowledge and experience, John provides LMB with construction related health and safety advice. This includes risk assessments and method statements, health and safety training, compliance and general advice with regard to CDM Regulations (Construction (Design & Management) Regulations) that came in to effect in April 2015.
